The Award is in the form of a plaque and will be presented to the winning company’s appointed representative at the LOMA Canada Annual Conference June 12, 2008.

Eligibility
Life Insurance Companies domiciled in Canada and fully paid-up members of the LOMA Canada and LOMA may apply for the Award. Subsidiaries of parent companies – public or mutual – may also apply for the Award.
